What is the expected lead time of my order?
If we need to manufacture any items in your order, your order will be out for delivery between 4-6 weeks. As all our timetable cases are stocked in mill finish, each aluminium component is powder coated to order. Therefore the lead time will vary depending on our availability. If we have your items in stock and they do not require any powder coating, you order will be out for delivery within 1 week.
What is included when I order a timetable case?
For each timetable case you order you will receive the case, bottom cap and clear front panel.
What are the mounting options for the Little Samson cases?
Wall: To mount with 2x PVC spacers via central holes (fixings not included.)
Pole/post: 2x two-bolt tapped brackets (inc. fixings), and 2x Tamtorque clips (or other banding of choice)
Desire Pole: 4 centre holes (already in place), 1x 4.5mm PVC case fitting.
What are the mounting options for the Sectional cases?
Wall: 4 corner holes (fixings not included).
Pole/post: 2x slide-in channel clamps and 2x Tamtorque clips (or other banding of choice)
Desire Pole: 4 centre holes (fixings not included)
Which flag brackets do I need?
If you are mounting the flag to a standard pole/post, you will need our ‘ Vertical Flag Brackets’ (fixings included), with your choice of banding.
If you are mounting the flag to our Desire pole, you will need our ‘Flag Fittings’ (pair, fixings included), which slide into the inner channels of the pole.
Can you powder coat the aluminium to any colour?
We can powder coat aluminium to your specified RAL code in house. However, if your order is less than 20 units or isn’t a standard colour, there will be a surcharge.
How much is delivery?
Our delivery charges will vary depending on dimensions and weight of packages, as well as if the items require palletising. We will issue you with the delivery charge during the quotation stage.
